In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing dishes to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with the kitchen team to ensure every guest has an unforgettable culinary experience. You'll start your day by preparing your station, assigning tasks, and providing clear instructions to your team. During service, you'll maintain an overview and ensure everything is prepared according to the correct culinary techniques. Besides your passion for cooking, you're also a true team player. You'll work closely with the other departments in the kitchen and monitor the quality and presentation of every dish that leaves your station. You strive for perfection, keep work processes tightly organized, and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly. Thanks to your craftsmanship, expertise, and attention to detail, you'll not only deliver top-quality food but also contribute to a strong and well-coordinated kitchen team.

Job requirements
- You can work independently, 1-2 years of experience
- You perform all kinds of kitchen tasks
- You are responsible for preparing dishes
- You like a tidy work environment and you also clean it
- How to handle kitchen appliances, dishwashing equipment and knives properly
- You are alert in monitoring and implementing all HACCP rules.
- You're easygoing and have a welcoming attitude. Going the extra mile for your guests is in your DNA.
- You are flexible; working weekend shifts or on a public holiday doesn't scare you.
- You have a good command of Dutch and/or English. Do you speak an additional language? ¡Muy bien, sehr gut!
